The sales tax amount and any applicable discretionary surcharge may be presented as a combined total or itemized separately, based on the company’s preferences.
IRS Letters
If you receive a letter from the IRS, there is no need to worry. At Acimtax Enterprise Solutions LLC, we are here to provide the necessary support. We guide you on the steps to follow, inform you of important deadlines, and assist with the required documentation.
Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)
The ITIN is a number required by the IRS for those who need to file taxes in the U.S. but are not eligible for a Social Security Number (SSN). You should also apply for a business EIN. An ITIN may expire if not used for three years, so obtaining one as soon as possible is recommended to prevent expiration.
